Main Task:

  • To develop and manage Customers' portfolio according to the defined targets

General description of the position:

  • To develop the portfolio of existing Customers according to the targets defined by the marketing strategy of the company
  • To present and sell ALD Automotive innovative outsourcing services (Full Service Operating Leasing, Fleet Management, additional services) to DECISION MAKERS of prospects’ and customers’
  • To develop long-term relationships with customers and develop ALD Automotive penetration on the market.
  • To evaluate the car fleet potential of the prospects
  • To provide consulting to customers to optimize their car fleet policy
  • To maintain weekly reporting including daily usage of CRM tool
  • To conduct regular customer visits /in accordance with the customer matrix

  • High Education
  • Experience in Sales (B2B) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to cope with difficult situations and maintain a high pace of work;
  • Self-organization, ability to work in multitasking mode; analytic skills;
  • PC literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Very dynamic
  • Self Starter
